Welcome to our crazy life....

When I grew up I had the wonderful benefit of living a bike ride away from both sets of grandparents. Not so lucky are our kids. Even for the actual ones that live in Atlanta, it's still a about an hours drive away! So, this blog will have to serve as the next best thing to riding our bikes to see the grandparents. Enjoy watching our kids learn and grow one day at a time...

Pictures from our first Saturday off....two weeks old...

yes, she's holding a coffee cup...empty though!
we visited the Marietta Square where they have a small train the kids can climb on
Madie got in on the action
they were having a used book festival so the kids got their faces painted. (be proud, I didn't buy any books!)

Oh Katherine is that the town square where I picked up those plastic bags for Project Dance? Cuz it looked like a fun place to spend a day. I told Danny about it. I was thinking we would take the kids there. Maybe they would want to go again?

yes it is and yes they would! they love that train and there is an ice cream shop they have always wanted to visit there as well as a paint your own pottery place I've always wanted to take them to. perhaps when you are here we can take a journey down there...

there is a parking lot on the outside of the square that is much easier then trying to park on the square! heck, I'll drive this time instead!!!
